What is US Email?

US Email is an Email service that provides you with a permanent Email address system.

or you can create an address and use your existing Internet access.

 

What does that mean... a permanent Email address?

As you well know, the Internet and the World Wide Web is in constant change. You might be in the business or scientific communities, a student, or you might have to travel for a living with no local Internet Service Provider (ISP) access.
US Email provides you with an Email address you can take anywhere in the world without ever having to worry about your Email becoming lost or misplaced.

 

OK, so how does it work?

When you open a US Email account, we will either hold your mail until you log onto the 'Net and/or send it wherever you tell us to send your Email. It's that easy.

 

But, why do I need US Email account?

Let's take a look at your current situation:

Are you a student graduating in the near future?
When you graduate your Email address will disappear from the campus computers the day you leave. You can prevent losing your Email address by registering your own US Email account, now, before you graduate! While you are still in school... After you graduate... At work in the business or scientific communities... Your Email address will never change with your own permanent US Email address. You can print your US Email address on your resume. Today's employers are looking for Internet aware employees.

US Email address is one of the best ways to advertise your skills.

Does your employer provide your current Email address?
Have you ever given your business Email address to friends or family members? If you change employers, you lose that Email address. OK... So my US Email address will forward my mail to any other delivery point I choose - will it do anything else for me?

US Email has expanded its basic service to include Email to Pager Service, Email to Fax, Fax to Email, in-house storage, and we are currently working on Email to Voice Mail!

Can I change the password and delivery information myself or do I have to wait until someone does it for me?

You can change your password, your delivery method, your auto reply message at any time, without waiting for us to do anything for you. Simply log into the Administration page at "http://mail.USemail.net". You will be asked to enter your US Email name and your current password.

From this site YOU have full control over your account, any changes you make will be effective immediately!

What's involved with changing my Email delivery point?

You can change your Email delivery point, at any time. If you go on vacation, or a convention, or an extended temporary assignment, you can forward your own Email anywhere around the world - at any time - without assistance from anyone.
Log into the Change Your Destination area on the US Email
administration page. Enter your mailbox name and your password. Enter the new destination. Make sure the spellings are right. Then submit it. Instantly your information is entered.

 

What if I want to change my name or address or whatever in your billing records?
How easy is that to do?

At US Email it's easy. You can change any of your own personal account information.
Whether you move, change your phone number, or take on a new employer, just contact

What if I want to change the name of my US Email account?

If you want to change the name of your existing US Email account, Email the Postmaster. In the subject type Change My US Email Name. In the body of the text, you will have to include the current name of the box, your password, the new name of the box, and a phone number where the Postmaster can reach you if there are any questions. It would probably also be a good idea to list what hours is best to reach you and list the time zone. The changes will take effect within 24 hours unless it's a US holiday, then it will be within 24 hours of the first day following the holiday.

 

Can my wife and I have our separate US Email mail delivered to the same Email destination

Of course you can. You can have as many separate US Email address's delivered to the same Email destination as you want. Just set each of your US Email accounts to the same Email destination.

OK... What happens when it is time to renew my US Email account.

We will notify you 30 days before your US Email account expires. Or, you can renew your subscription at your convenience from the home page. This will also give you the opportunity to fine tune your US Email by adding or deleting additional services. But, if you wish to discontinue your subscription for any reason, simply Email us before we bill your credit card and we will close your US Email account.

You can Register Your US Email account right here - right now. Or click on the Register option on the homepage. You will then be asked to enter some basic account information, including the name you wish to be known by at US Email, and what domain.
